By continuing to access or use the Services after the date of any change to the Trust Agreement, you agree to be bound by such Agreement contained in the most recent version of the Trust Agreement. The most current version will be posted on our website, and any material changes will be communicated to you through appropriate channels. Your continued use of our Services after the changes will indicate your acceptance of the updated Agreement. DMD Private Bank reserves the right to modify or terminate the Services or to terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time.
